Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the X Auto Pilot browser extension (the "Extension") and website (the "Site"), together the "Service". By purchasing, installing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. License Grant
Subject to your payment and ongoing compliance with these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, lifetime license to use the Extension for your own use. A license key is issued per purchase and is tied to the email you provided at checkout.
2. License Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Share, resell, sublicense, distribute, or publicly post your license key or the Extension package.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except as permitted by law.
- Use the Service to violate the terms of service of X (Twitter), OpenAI, or any other platform.
- Use the Service for spam, harassment, deceptive activity, or any unlawful purpose.
We may suspend or revoke a license that is shared, abused, or obtained fraudulently, without refund.
3. User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and manually posting every reply the Extension generates. The Extension does not auto-post.
- You must supply and pay for your own OpenAI API key. AI usage costs charged by OpenAI are your responsibility.
- You are responsible for complying with all rules of any platform on which you use the Service, including X's terms and automation rules.
- You are responsible for the content you choose to post.
4. Third-Party Services
The Service depends on third parties (X, OpenAI, payment processors, block explorers). We do not control these services and are not responsible for their availability, changes, or actions. Changes to a third-party platform may affect functionality.
5. Payment
The Service is offered as a one-time payment for a lifetime license at the price shown at checkout. Payments are verified via blockchain transaction, Binance transfer, or our card processor. See our Refund Policy.
6. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will not be affected by changes to third-party platforms. We do not guarantee any particular results, engagement, or account outcomes, and we are not responsible for any action taken against your account by any platform.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL X AUTO PILOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR ACCOUNTS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE LICENSE.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless X Auto Pilot from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms or any third-party rights.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. Sections relating to disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification survive termination.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of your place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
