Refund Policy

X Auto Pilot is a digital product delivered instantly as a downloadable browser extension together with a license key. Because the product is digital and access (including the download and license key) is granted immediately upon a verified payment, all sales are final and non-refundable.

No-Refund Policy: Once your payment is verified and your license key + download have been delivered, the purchase cannot be refunded. By completing your purchase you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

1. Why No Refunds

The product is delivered digitally and in full at the moment of purchase.
The license key and extension cannot be "returned" once delivered.
The price ($6.49 lifetime) reflects this instant-delivery, no-refund model.

2. We Will Help If Something Goes Wrong

A no-refund policy does not mean no support. If you experience a genuine problem, contact us and we will work to make it right. We commonly help with:

Email not received: we'll re-send your license key and download link.
License key not working: we'll verify and re-issue your key.
Download or installation issues: we'll walk you through setup.
Payment verified but no access: we'll resolve it promptly.

3. Duplicate or Erroneous Charges

If you were charged more than once for the same purchase, or charged in error, contact us with your payment reference (transaction hash or order ID) and we will refund the duplicate/erroneous amount.

4. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback, most issues are resolved quickly. Fraudulent chargebacks after the product has been delivered may result in the associated license being revoked.

5. How to Request Help

Email license@xautopilot.org with the email used at checkout and your payment reference (transaction hash, Binance order ID, or NowPayments payment ID). We typically respond within 24 to 48 hours.
